We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
All items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. After this period, refunds can no longer be accepted unless agreed upon with us in advance.

Returning Your Item
Before returning your item, please email us at shopriele@yahoo.com to inform us of the return.
When arranging your shipment, please use shopriele@yahoo.com as the contact email address so that we receive all tracking and delivery updates associated with your return. This helps us process your refund as quickly as possible.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns from Outside the European Union
For returns originating from outside the European Union, a completed CN23 customs declaration must be attached to the outside of the package, preferably in a transparent delivery note pocket.
The customs declaration must clearly state:
"RETURNED GOODS WITH ORIGIN IN THE EU"
A copy of the original invoice must also be attached to the outside of the package.
If the customs declaration is not completed correctly, customs charges or administrative fees may be incurred. Any such costs may be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed once the returned item(s) have been received at Store Riele in Amsterdam and inspected. Refunds will be issued provided that the garment(s) are returned in clean, complete, unworn, and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging, where applicable.
Please note that refunds made through PayPal may take 1 to 10 business days to be processed and reflected in your account. This is PayPal's policy, and Store Riele has no influence over these processing times.
Refunds made via iDEAL or credit card are usually processed within a few business days after the refund has been issued.
